This Service Schedule is incorporated by reference into the Keel Technologies Terms and Conditions and governs the Service tiers, prices, technical eligibility, deliverable descriptions, and estimated delivery windows for each Order. The version of this Service Schedule presented or linked at Customer's acceptance and identified in the Order confirmation governs the applicable Order, even if this document is later updated. Capitalized terms used here without definition have the meanings given in the Terms.
1.Service Tiers
Keel Scan Standard
$1,500 per Report
- Technical eligibility

- Dense transformer architecture (Mixture of Experts and other sparse architectures are Frontier).
- Forty (40) billion parameters or fewer.
- Weights hosted on Hugging Face and lawfully accessible to Keel Technologies under a license or authorization that permits performance of the Service (gated or ungated).
- Model weights available in a standard format loadable by open-source inference libraries.
- Deliverable
- Standardized structural Report of approximately nineteen (19) pages, including headline K# score, letter grade, architecture class, coherence score, thermal grade, capability tier, per-layer activation profile, layer-by-layer analysis, held-out performance, knockout analysis, parameter utilization, peer comparison, and prescribed actions.
- Estimated delivery
- Seventy-two (72) hours from Commencement.
- Long-stop period
- Fourteen (14) calendar days beyond the estimated delivery window (see Section 8 of the Terms).
- Order and payment
- Intake form, Keel Technologies tier confirmation, checkout acceptance of the Terms and this Schedule, payment through Stripe. Work begins after Commencement.
Keel Scan+ Mid-tier
$5,000 per Report
- Technical eligibility

- Dense transformer architecture.
- More than forty (40) billion and up to seventy-five (75) billion parameters.
- Weights hosted on Hugging Face and lawfully accessible to Keel Technologies under a license or authorization that permits performance of the Service, or delivered under an arrangement approved by Keel Technologies before Commencement.
- Model weights available in a standard format loadable by open-source inference libraries.
- Deliverable
- Bespoke Report scoped to Customer's architecture and goals. Includes the Standard measurements described above, plus additional analyses appropriate to the architecture and any Customer-specified areas of focus discussed before Commencement.
- Estimated delivery
- Five (5) to seven (7) Business Days from Commencement.
- Long-stop period
- Twenty-one (21) calendar days beyond the estimated delivery window (see Section 8 of the Terms).
- Order and payment
- Intake form, tier confirmation, brief scoping exchange to fix the areas of focus, checkout acceptance of the Terms and this Schedule, payment through Stripe. Work begins after Commencement.
Keel Scan Frontier Frontier
$25,000 and up, per engagement
- Technical eligibility

- Models with more than seventy-five (75) billion parameters, Mixture of Experts (MoE) architectures, nonpublic proprietary weights, or any engagement Keel Technologies designates as requiring bespoke handling.
- Any engagement requiring direct access to nonpublic model weights, Restricted Data, bespoke security controls, or processing subject to material export-control restrictions.
- Deliverable
- Bespoke Report scoped in the SOW. Includes a live scoping call before Commencement and a delivery walk-through call with Customer's designated technical contacts.
- Estimated delivery
- Three (3) to five (5) weeks from Commencement, or as specified in the applicable SOW.
- Long-stop period
- As specified in the applicable SOW.
- Order and payment
- Intake form, scoping call, signed SOW that incorporates the Terms, payment according to the SOW. Work does not begin until the SOW is signed and its payment and access conditions are satisfied. Frontier engagements are not available through Stripe checkout.
Estimated delivery. The delivery windows above are good-faith estimates. Late-delivery, cure, and long-stop mechanics are governed by Section 8 of the Terms. Estimated windows may be extended by delays caused by Customer under Section 4 of the Terms or by force majeure events under Section 21 of the Terms.
2.Re-tier and Decline
Keel Technologies may re-tier or decline any Order after initial review of the intended scope or Customer Materials, as described in Section 2 of the Terms. If a re-tier results in a higher price, Customer may accept the new price or terminate the Order for a full refund of amounts already paid. If Keel Technologies re-tiers to a lower price, the difference will be refunded promptly. If Keel Technologies declines an Order for any reason not caused by Customer's breach or misrepresentation, Keel Technologies will refund amounts paid in full within ten (10) Business Days.
3.Taxes and Payment
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable sales, use, excise, value-added, or similar transaction taxes, which are Customer's responsibility as described in Section 3 of the Terms. Payment processing is provided by Stripe as an independent service provider. Frontier fees are payable as specified in the applicable SOW.
4.Report Format and Delivery
Reports are delivered electronically as PDF documents to the Customer contact designated in the Order. Standard Reports are formatted for letter-size printing. Scan+ and Frontier Reports may include additional attachments, working files, or supplementary charts scoped in the Order or SOW.
Reports carry a Report date, an identifier for the evaluated model (including any version, revision, or weights hash provided by Customer), and the Service tier under which the Report was produced. The Report date is the date used for any permitted public disclosure under Section 10 of the Terms.
5.Peer Comparison and the Keel Index
Reports include a peer comparison against models in the same parameter size class from the Keel Index, the public reference set published by Keel Technologies at keeltech.co. The peer set used for any Report is the peer set current on the Report date. Keel Technologies may update the Keel Index from time to time; earlier Reports continue to reflect the peer set that was current when they were produced.
6.What Is Not Included
Unless expressly agreed in a signed SOW, the following are not included in any Service tier:
- Fine-tuning, training, or modification of Customer's model.
- Deployment, hosting, or inference services.
- Benchmarking against proprietary or nonpublic third-party models.
- Legal, regulatory, or compliance opinions of any kind.
- Guarantees of specific performance outcomes, capability changes, cost savings, or business results if Customer acts on Report findings or recommendations. Reports are diagnostic, as described in Section 2 of the Terms.
7.Version Control
This Service Schedule is versioned. The version of this Service Schedule presented or linked at Customer's acceptance and identified in the Order confirmation governs the applicable Order, even if this document is later updated. Prior versions are maintained and available on reasonable request to contact@keeltech.co.
